Description
Run the new Shape 4-phase workflow on a real RC ticket end-to-end before starting the Groom redesign. Pick a ticket from the backlog (PROD board or a team project), run Phase 1 interactively, mock team feedback, then run Phase 2-4 via the orchestrator. Validate: (1) persona outputs are useful on a real ticket, (2) synthesizer gate decisions make sense, (3) adversarial finds real issues not noise. This gates td-97ebf2 (Groom redesign).
