Description
~700 qualifying Intercom conversations remain unfetched from Jan-Mar 2026. Remaining IDs saved in backfill summary files. Fetch via MCP, convert, merge. Process in batches of 20-30 per session. Current: 488 merchants, ~162 raw files. Target: ~900 conversations.
Fixed db permissions issue: issues.db was read-only (-rw-r--r--) and WAL/SHM files owned by nobody:nogroup from previous cron run. Fixed by chmod 664 on db and moving WAL files aside. Starting backfill work.
Demoted from tier-1 to tier-2/next-session. Queue runner kept timing out — bulk backfill doesn't fit 10-min budget. Will handle manually or via dedicated task.
