Description
Same migration as td-957e28 (onboarding-analysis). Remove Prerequisites section, replace Step 0 (Check Data Freshness) with Step 0 (Fetch from Redshift) using mcp__redshift__execute_query. Embed the 3 required SQL queries (cohort, page-visits, chat-memory) + 1 optional (signup-events) from references/extraction-queries.sql. Add CSV writers and row-count validation. Update Step 1.5 from skip-if-absent to always-runs. Commit immediately after editing to prevent submodule revert.
