Description
Dedicated skill that reviews UX/UI changes (specs, mockups, code diffs) against Built for Shopify criteria. Goes deeper than the fe-design BFS phase. Input: design spec, HTML mockup, PR diff, or screenshot. Output: scored compliance report with P0-P3 findings and references to specific BFS criteria. Should either pull live from shopify.dev or have a periodic refresh mechanism so criteria stay current.

Five reference files: criteria, visual-rules, top-rejections, constraint-brief, rc-history, refresh. 6 test cases drafted in evals/evals.json covering all three modes.
