Description
SKILL.md, extraction-queries.sql, and data-context.md edits were reverted by product-toolkit git hooks during 2026-02-26 session. Redo the same migration applied to onboarding-pulse and affiliate-onboarding-pulse: remove Prerequisites, replace Step 0 (Validate Data) with Step 0 (Fetch from Redshift) containing 5 embedded SQL queries + inline/file-based handlers + row-count check, change Step 1.25 from skip-if-absent to always-runs. Commit immediately after editing to prevent revert.
