Description
Current page leads with 'surprise & delight' philosophy. Pilots showed merchants hire for practical action ('tell me who and what to do'). Update hero, value prop, and differentiator sections per [[2026-03-17-moments-page-review]]. Key changes: (1) lead with action not discovery, (2) add casual vs transactional differentiator (Brandon's Remo comparison), (3) add problem/guilt framing, (4) mention Klaviyo. Hold feature-specific claims until build timeline exists. Depends on persona [[2026-03-17-moments-persona]].

WHAT WORKS: - Hero 'invisible customers' framing is the best version yet — pain-first, no feature pitch - Mirror section guilt framing lands: 'That's not a you problem. Your tools weren't built for this.' - Story card in hero (1,917 days, 8 orders, 3x basket) is specific and real - '43 out of 240. The rest didn't need anything. That's the point.' — restraint as the feature, nailed - Contrast table with actual message copy vs mass email is more convincing than any feature list - Fit check is honest and self-selecting — good for conversion quality - CTA form qualifies on orders + repeat rate — right filters ISSUES (fix before publishing): 1. BLOCKER: Evidence section says 'Founder committed as a founding merchant on the spot.' Brandon hasn't confirmed yet (follow-up Apr 10). Change to 'Founder expressed strong interest in the founding merchant programme' until he confirms. 2. MEDIUM: How It Works step 4 says 'The system learns what you skip and what you act on. Next time, it's smarter.' This implies ML/adaptive behavior not on the R1-R4 build plan. Soften to 'We refine it based on your feedback' or 'Your history helps us focus on what matters to your brand.' 3. LOW: Dashboard mockup shows 'Subscribe candidate' card (grayed out at opacity 0.5). Subscription detection is not a current product feature — not in gesture agent set. Either remove or add a 'Coming soon' label that makes the roadmap framing explicit.
