Description
Same migration as td-957e28 (onboarding-analysis). Remove Prerequisites section, replace Step 0 (Check Data Freshness) with Step 0 (Fetch from Redshift) using mcp__redshift__execute_query. Embed the 4 required SQL queries (cohort, affiliate-submissions, affiliate-campaigns, program-selections) from references/extraction-queries.sql. Add CSV writers and row-count validation. Commit immediately after editing to prevent submodule revert.
