Description
Onboarding/activation funnel is partially defined in merchant-segments.md (milestones), metrics.md (KPIs), strategy.md (Q1 goals), team.md (Referral focus). merchant-segments.md should be the single canonical source. Others should reference it, not redefine the funnel stages.
